Where does GTA VI take place?
Rockstar introduces Vice City and the wider state of Leonida in its official world overview. The city is the familiar name, but the overview also presents places beyond it, including the Leonida Keys.
The image above is an official screenshot. It offers a look at the setting; it is not a claim about a particular mission, route, or playable boundary.
How to read a fan-made map
Community mapping can be an interesting way to discuss footage. Treat each connection as a hypothesis unless an official source establishes it. Two landmarks appearing in separate shots do not, on their own, prove the distance between them.
Look for a legend that distinguishes observed features from inferred connections. A map that shows its uncertainty is more useful than one that hides it behind precise-looking measurements.
